Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, and prepare lease packages, ensuring smooth move-ins and renewals.

Role requires navigating leasing software like OneSite and Yardi, coordinating with maintenance, and conducting follow-ups to secure satisfaction and lease signings. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/leasing or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Ensure move-in readiness, coordinate with maintenance, and inspect show units.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow company policies on concessions.
• Drive traffic through on-site and online marketing efforts and referrals.
• Maintain accurate leasing data in property management software and follow up with prospects.
