Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will handle tours, processing applications, credit checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, monitoring market conditions, developing marketing plans, using OneSite/Yardi, following policies on concessions, and maintaining show-ready spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales environments.
• Ability to qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance items.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute and support lease renewal letters and packages.
• Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
