You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and background checks, prepare leases, and support lease renewals while working with maintenance and on-site teams; familiarity with OneSite/Yardi is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales within residential communities.
• Ability to screen applicants and process applications.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and show apartments to prospects.
• Process applications, credit screening, and move-in paperwork.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.
• Maintain show units and marketing materials.
