Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and manage renewals, while coordinating with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

You’ll monitor market conditions, implement marketing campaigns, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data and occupancy. A strong focus on customer service and timely follow-ups is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and secure signings.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online campaigns.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, activity, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; communicate needs to maintenance; prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and contacting renewing residents.
