Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Leasing Associate in Bastrop, Texas to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. Responsibilities

• Lead sales and leasing activities to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and respond to market conditions.
• Create and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters and packages; meet renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and communicate needs.
