Greystar in Leander, TX, is seeking a vibrant Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, perform background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will monitor market conditions, design marketing plans, drive traffic using online tools, track activity in OneSite or Yardi, and support lease renewals.

Competenze

• Experience performing leasing, tours, and application processing.
