Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and move-ins with a focus on resident satisfaction.

You will use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, data, and renewals, while following company standards for show quality and conveying maintenance needs. Flexible schedule required.

Formación

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Ability to greet prospects and qualify leads.
• Knowledge of local market and marketing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and prepare lease packages.
• Schedule move-ins, coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in ready units.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal communications and ensure timely execution.
