Zekelman Industries is seeking a Leasing Associate for our FLATZ 432 community in Midland, TX. You will drive occupancy through friendly, professional interactions, conduct tours, and promote community amenities while guiding applicants through the leasing process.

The role requires 1–3 years in leasing/sales, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong CRM software skills. Flexible schedule with weekends/evenings support, onsite at the Midland property.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient with CRM and leasing software.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Promote features and amenities to drive leasing activity.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms to convert leads.
• Process rental applications and screenings; prepare lease documents.
• Assist with renewals, move-ins/out, and records in CRM.
• Support resident events and marketing efforts.
• Uphold Fair Housing compliance.
