ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Florida to attract and screen tenants, present available properties, and manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. You will work with the property manager to maximize occupancy, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain excellent resident relations.

The role requires strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information on available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork for move-in.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain occupancy targets and uphold fair housing practices.
