Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease multifamily units in a fast-paced environment. You will promote available properties, conduct tours, and provide excellent customer service to prospective residents.

Responsibilities include processing applications, explaining lease terms, and coordinating with the Property Manager to achieve occupancy targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
