Z Modular in Midland, TX is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive occupancy by providing a welcoming experience to prospective residents and guiding them through the full leasing cycle. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings.

You'll greet prospects, conduct tours, promote community features, process applications, and coordinate move-ins and renewals while maintaining CRM records and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or residential property management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, leasing software, and other digital business tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits to drive leasing activity.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries through phone, email, and online channels to maximize lead conversion.
• Process rental applications, conduct background screenings, and prepare lease documentation per policy and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Facilitate lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs for a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records using CRM and leasing management systems.
• Support resident retention initiatives and execute lease renewal campaigns.
• Participate in marketing efforts, outreach events, and lead-generation activities.
• Ensure model units and common areas remain tour-ready at all times.
• Assist with planning and coordinating resident events, promotions, and community engagement.
• Promote and uphold workplace safety in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
