Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and qualifies prospective residents and conducts property tours.
• Promotes features and amenities to drive leasing activity.
• Responds to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms to maximize leads.
• Processes rental applications, background screenings, and lease documents.
• Facilitates renewals, move-ins, and move-outs for a seamless resident experience.
• Maintains prospect/resident records using CRM systems.
• Supports resident events and marketing to boost visibility.
• Keeps model units and common areas tour-ready and clean.
