Job summary

ZRS Management in Frisco, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen and lease available properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy and excellent resident service.

You will market communities, conduct tours, screen applicants, negotiate lease terms, prepare paperwork, and coordinate move-ins, while collaborating with the property manager and team to meet leasing goals and uphold property standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments to qualified prospects and conducting property tours
• Screening applicants and negotiating lease terms
• Responding to in-person, phone and email inquiries
• Preparing lease paperwork and assisting move-ins to ensure a smooth process
• Maintaining high occupancy and positive resident relationships
• Assisting with weekly, monthly and special reports
• Upholding ethical standards and fair housing regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
