Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure that Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Utilize the Cardinal Way of Leasing by warmly greeting prospective clients and answering incoming leasing calls.
• Determine needs and preferences; professionally present the community and apartment homes.
• Utilize feature/benefit selling; close the sale and follow up.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork; maintain documentation per policy.
