Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to assist the Community Manager with property operations, focusing on leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maintain strong occupancy.

Responsibilities include greeting prospective clients, presenting homes, handling applications, updating reports, and coordinating tours; support concierge services and participate in required Cardinal U training. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
• Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and qualify needs, present the property and apartments, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and handle accordingly.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification of applications; notify results.
• Maintain accurate client records and update reports daily.
• Maintain and update tour routes to preserve curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
