Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Excellent customer service—warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, present the property and apartments, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally for prospective clients, residents, and vendors.
• Complete lease applications and verify results; notify applicants of decisions.
• Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports.
• Maintain and refine tour routes for curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of the concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
