Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC seeks a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to support the Community Manager in property operations with a focus on leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The role targets 100% occupancy through current leasing, retention, and future pre-leasing.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with hourly compensation, benefits, and bonus eligibility. Candidates should have 1–2 years in customer service and sales, strong communication, and a high-energy approach suited

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
• Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and qualify needs, present property, and close the sale.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and route to appropriate party.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify results.
• Maintain client records and daily vacancy/activity reports.
• Maintain and refresh tour routes for curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
