Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 362-unit community in Los Angeles, CA. Role includes tours, applications, credit checks, and lease renewals. Weekend availability and driving required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience (preferred in affordable/stabilized housing)
• Proven ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour, process applications and sign leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, prepare lease and move-in documents.
• Schedule showings and ensure units are move-in ready with maintenance coordination.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Drive traffic through marketing activities, referrals, and online channels.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages and manage timely lease renewals.
