Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals, while delivering outstanding resident service. You will interact with prospective residents and assist the Community Manager as needed.

The role requires strong communication, sales and organizational skills, with a schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Prior leasing experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes by generating traffic, responding to inquiries, touring prospects and closing leases.
• Inspect property areas daily and coordinate with Property Manager for service needs.
• Demonstrate model units and benefits to clients; apply product knowledge to client needs.
• Process rental applications, gather documents, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease files.
• Maintain lease files and document traffic sources; convert at least 30% of traffic to leases.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours and conduct additional follow-up contacts.
