Greystar is hiring a Leasing Professional for The Grove Somerset in Somerset, NJ. The role focuses on leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring resident satisfaction from move-in through renewal.

The position requires coordinating tours, processing applications, and maintaining show-ready units, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare lease packages, and facilitate move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in to ensure readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any repairs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Create traffic to the community via referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing channels.
• Use OnSite/Yardi or similar software to track availability and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure lease renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters, contact renewing residents, and ensure timely lease renewal execution.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and route requests appropriately.
