Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Round Rock to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.

This role requires excellent customer service, experience with property management software, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient prospective and current residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered to current residents monthly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity and follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments for tours and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
