Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in San Rafael, CA. The role focuses on coordinating rental activities, conducting tours, processing lease documents and ensuring a smooth move-in process for residents.

You will engage with prospective residents to drive occupancy and deliver excellent service. Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales or leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and provide tours to prospective residents.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Assist with planning resident activities and provide clerical support as needed.
