Job summary

AION Management is seeking a Leasing Associate for Pointe at Northern Woods. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, giving tours, coordinating move-ins, and promoting resident retention at an on-site property.

Responsibilities include marketing planning, referral programs, and coordinating service operations with a 24-hour response goal. The role requires weekend availability and strong English communication; Fair Housing compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and leasing compliance.
• Experience with RealPage is preferred.
• Bilingual or multi-lingual experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property; respond to inquiries, provide tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing programs and referral initiatives.
• Enter prospect and resident data into Entrata in a timely manner; maintain files and leasing area.
• Assist with renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate; ensure compliance with laws.
