Job summary

AION Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to maximize occupancy through effective leasing, tours, and follow-ups. You will coordinate move-ins, support marketing efforts, and foster resident retention with strong customer service.

Responsibilities include processing applications, renewals, and fees, while maintaining accurate data entry and property standards. Weekend availability and a valid license are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to walk apartments and grounds, including stairs.
• Real estate licensing in PA/NJ within 120 days of hire.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing at the property, respond to inquiries, tour apartments, and coordinate move-ins.
• Develop on-site marketing activities and programs.
• Create referral plans for move-ins and resident retention.
• Lead sales outreach for development and community management.
• Improve traffic and closing ratios through programs and strategies.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings and maintain shop scores.
• Inspect market-ready units and complete necessary paperwork.
• Assist with renewals, notices to vacate, and fee reporting.
• Enter prospect and resident data into Real Page/OneSite promptly.
• Keep leasing area organized and compliant with housing laws.
• Support resident functions and ensure curb appeal standards.
