Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic and networking.
• Conduct all leasing activities, responding to inquiries and providing tours.
• Comply with Fair Housing regulations and maintain knowledge of LIHTC.
