Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for the Sterlingshire LIHTC community in Dallas, TX. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, and coordinating move-ins while delivering exceptional customer service.

Under the Community Manager, you will develop on-site marketing strategies, maintain referral programs, and support renewals and notices to vacate. 1-year sales or customer service experience is preferred; strong MS Office skills and Yardi

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• 1-year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours of apartments and amenities.
• Schedule appointments, secure rentals, promote resident retention, and coordinate move-ins.
• Develop on-site marketing activity and maintain referral programs; assist with renewals and notices to vacate.
