Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Converse, TX to maximize occupancy through leasing, tours, and resident engagement. You’ll drive traffic, network locally, schedule showings, and coordinate move-ins while delivering top-notch customer service.

The role emphasizes on-site leasing, marketing support, and adherence to Fair Housing rules, with opportunities for training and growth within a leading multifamily developer and property manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours, follow up with prospects and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and shop competitors.
• Develop on-site marketing activity and referral programs for move-ins.
• Process and report application fees, security deposits, rents and other fees.
• Ensure Fair Housing regulations and occupancy standards are followed.
