Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Centro35 to maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic and delivering exceptional customer service. You will conduct tours, follow up with prospects, coordinate move-ins, and promote resident retention at the property in a fast-paced environment.

Under the Community Manager, you will perform market surveys, develop referral programs, manage move-in packets, and ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and occupancy guidelines while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1 year customer service or sales experience.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, including tours.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and coordinate on-site marketing.
• Develop merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-in packets.
• Track renewals, expirations, notices to vacate, and fees.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy standards.
