Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our Tucson property team. The role supports day-to-day operations, assists with leasing, renewals, and resident relations to ensure customer satisfaction and fiscal stability.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong MS Office skills, knowledge of Entrata, and a professional, proactive attitude. Excellent customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and computer software.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to maintain high occupancy levels and manage renewal offers.
• Approve and present rental applications to General Manager.
• Manage licenses and renewal processes with legal counsel and City.
• Assist with check-out and inspections of vacated units.
• Maintain accurate lease records and resident check-ins.
• Respond to residents' concerns/complaints promptly.
• Prepare weekly reports on property performance.
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing programs.
• Support resident retention programs.
• Answer phones and perform general admin duties.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, employees, vendors.
• Accurate typing and record keeping; proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
