Job summary

Lancaster Campus is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our property team in Tucson. You will support day-to-day leasing operations, assist with renewals, and help maintain high occupancy while delivering excellent resident service.

You will manage applications, coordinate property tours, and contribute to marketing efforts. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and knowledge of Entrata.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced leasing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Entrata preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to maintain high occupancy and process renewals.
• Present rental applications to the General Manager for approval.
• Maintain accurate property availability records and renewal reports.
• Handle inquiries, conduct property tours and follow up with prospects.
• Support advertising/marketing efforts to position the property.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, applicants and vendors.
