• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing seasons as needed.
• 1–2 years of leasing, leadership, or property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to Leasing Consultants to reach leasing and renewal goals.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Oversee prospect management, lead response, tours, and closing effectiveness.
• Review and approve lease applications per rental criteria.
• Ensure accuracy of lease files and Entrata data.
• Monitor pending leases and renewal activity daily; approve as required.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Maintain Marketing Calendar and oversee outreach events and advertising.
• Oversee social media platforms and approve community communications.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and adjust pricing per budget goals.
• Maintain leasing reports, goal boards, and performance tracking.
