Job summary

Campus Apartments – Lancaster Campus in Tucson, AZ is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Manager. You will lead leasing, on-site marketing, and outreach efforts to keep occupancy high while maintaining the property’s financial stability.

Promote units, schedule tours, and respond promptly to inquiries to convert prospects into residents. You’ll develop proactive marketing initiatives, review market data, and train new leasing personnel, ensuring accurate records and timely paperwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Computer skills and math ability
• Accurate typing and record keeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred
• Ability to follow through with all necessary paperwork and ensure all deadlines are met
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally while operating in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Market and lease units to maximize occupancy
• Serve as first contact for leasing inquiries; schedule appointments and tours
• Develop proactive marketing initiatives and renewal programs
• Maintain occupancy at max rates for property fiscal health
• Review market surveys to stay updated on local markets
• Walk units daily to confirm readiness for presentation
• Record traffic and activity daily
• Follow up on guest cards and lead programs promptly
• Notify prospects of application status within 24 hours
• Record and post service requests, follow up on work orders weekly
• Assist with hiring and training new leasing staff
• Answer telephones as needed
• General administrative duties such as filing and typing
