Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leasing in multifamily properties is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service to prospects and residents.
• Lead tours and show apartments; guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Manage inbound leads and CRM tasks; schedule tours and move-in paperwork.
