LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects and residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move-in steps. You will manage leads, meet occupancy goals, and collaborate with the onsite team to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales/customer service, strong communication, and knowledge of leasing processes. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected, with full benefits and rental discounts for on-site living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of federal and state housing laws and Fair Housing compliance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver unmatched customer service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations.
• Schedule tours, show apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process, including paperwork.
• Manage leads and leasing tasks via the CRM and coordinate move-in paperwork with the onsite team.
