Lynd Management Group, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through the leasing journey—from inquiry and property tour to application approval and move-in.

This sales-focused role rewards relationship-building and meeting leasing goals. You will respond promptly to inquiries, tour properties, present features, and process applications and move-in paperwork; equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service.

Mansioni

• Respond promptly to telephone, email, internet, and in-person inquiries.
• Build rapport with prospects and identify their apartment preferences and needs.
• Schedule and conduct engaging property and apartment tours.
• Communicate the property's features, amenities, and value.
• Use professional sales and follow-up techniques to meet leasing goals.
• Process applications, screening documents, leases, deposits, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate guest cards and applicant and resident files.
• Walk apartments before move-in to confirm they are ready.
• Proactively contact residents regarding lease renewals.
• Build relationships with apartment locators and other referral sources.
• Complete market surveys and support marketing and outreach activities.
• Receive resident maintenance requests and follow up on completed service.
