Lynd Management Group, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through the leasing journey—from initial inquiry and property tour to application approval and move-in.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to telephone, email, internet, and in-person inquiries.
• Build rapport with prospects and identify their apartment preferences and needs.
• Schedule and conduct engaging property and apartment tours.
• Communicate the property's features, amenities, and value.
• Use professional sales and follow-up techniques to meet leasing goals.
• Process applications, screening documents, leases, deposits, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate guest cards and applicant and resident files.
• Walk apartments before move-in to confirm they are ready.
