Job summary

LyvWell Apartments in New York is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to make a positive first impression for visitors, prospects and residents. You will manage leads in our CRM, schedule tours, and encourage online applications while delivering outstanding customer service and helping residents feel at home.

The role involves touring apartments, answering calls, emails and chats, maintaining knowledge of apartments, rates and promotions, and collaborating with onsite teams to exceed occupancy

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in leasing or property management is a plus
• Ability to follow a sales process and meet goals
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
• Guide tours and present communities and apartments to prospects
• Manage leads and lease applications in the CRM
• Coordinate move-in processes and required paperwork
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to support business needs
