Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue through leasing new residents, renewals, and proactive resident satisfaction from application through move-in.

You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, manage show units, coordinate with maintenance, and execute marketing plans using online tools to attract traffic and convert prospects.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications; perform credit and background checks; prepare lease packages.
• Follow marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect show units and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and programs.
• Execute internet marketing and outreach programs to drive traffic and conversions.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and leasing activity.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages; engage renewing residents in advance of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and document requests.
