Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the community, aiming to meet occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and securing lease signings.

You will inspect units, stay aware of market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use on-site software to track traffic, data, and demographics while maintaining show-ready spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and lease signings.
• Ability to develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Proficient use of on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance to address issues.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy, including referrals and online campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages, and manage renewal communications.
