Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a multi‑family community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and support move-ins while ensuring high resident satisfaction and lease renewals.

You will design and execute marketing activities, leverage on-site software to track activity, and collaborate with maintenance to keep units show-ready and appealing.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales and ability to conduct property tours.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow marketing plans and drive traffic to the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Tour communities and show apartments; process applications and screenings.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
