Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure a smooth move-in for new residents.

You will implement marketing plans, drive traffic through on-site and online channels, and use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and residents data. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Leasing and renewal processes with strong customer focus.
• Ability to coordinate marketing activities and show units.
• Experience using on-site management software and market awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, tours, process applications, and sign leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals.
• Assist in lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
