Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 354-unit midrise community. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, conduct screenings, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

You will analyze market conditions, implement marketing plans, use OneSite/Yardi, and keep the leasing office organized for daily activities. A valid driver's license and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Develop and execute short/long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and manage referrals/outreach.
• Use property management software to track availability and leads.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal process and communicate with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and document requests.
