Job summary

Greystar is a leading, fully integrated global real estate platform managing rental housing and providing property management, investment management, development, and construction services. This Austin-based leasing role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance to address any items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to create traffic, including referrals and online marketing while following company programs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals; respond to questions and concerns promptly.
