Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts. The role involves greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins, with a focus on maximizing occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will implement marketing plans, monitor market conditions, and use OneSite/Yardi to manage data and show units. Strong customer service and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy targets.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and execute lease signings.
• Knowledge of market conditions and ability to develop marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and leasing activities to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Tour properties, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Analyze market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute resident referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing.
• Utilize OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing data.
• Support lease renewals: notify residents, prepare renewal packages, ensure signed agreements.
• Respond to resident/owner questions and document requests promptly.
