Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to drive the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, qualify credit, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

You will inspect units, monitor market conditions, execute marketing campaigns, and coordinate with maintenance to keep show-ready properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing to drive occupancy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and close Lease deals.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to hit occupancy and revenue goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure units are move-in ready with maintenance as needed.
• Monitor market conditions, develop marketing plans, and apply company concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing tools to drive traffic.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, capture data, and manage resident records.
• Ensure show units meet show quality standards and coordinate with maintenance for upkeep.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal activities by preparing renewal letters and meeting renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and coordinate resolution with the appropriate team.
