Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing and marketing coordinator to coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and criminal background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will design marketing activities, use OneSite or Yardi, track availability and data, collaborate with maintenance, follow policies, and support lease

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate leasing and marketing activities to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities including tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signing.
• Inspect units and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Execute marketing campaigns using internet channels and referrals.
• Utilize property management software to track vacancies, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Support lease renewals through letters, meetings, and timely documents.
• Address resident or owner concerns promptly and coordinate with appropriate team members.
