Qualificações

• 1–2 years of leasing experience or related sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit checks and leases.
• Coordinate move-in paperwork and ensure smooth resident onboarding.
• Follow up with prospects to secure renewals and referrals.
• Maintain show units and ensure marketing areas are presentable.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
• Respond to resident and owner questions promptly and professionally.
