Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Agent for Albuquerque communities to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, screen for credit and background, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Design marketing plans, track data with OneSite/Yardi, and maintain show units to standard. This onsite role offers robust benefits and opportunities for bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property management is preferred.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screenings, and lease signings.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, screenings, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates repairs with maintenance.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Designs marketing activities to create traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools.
• Uses on-site management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates with maintenance for upkeep.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
• Supports lease renewal program with letters, packages, and follow-ups.
