Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Albuquerque, NM to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare move-in packages to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

The role requires a flexible Tue-Sat schedule, valid driver’s license, and strong customer service. You will use OneSite/Yardi to manage listings, track activity, and support occupancy goals on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing residential properties or leasing sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret market conditions and adjust marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic through on-site and internet marketing and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software and maintain accurate resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and support renewals.
