Job summary

Engrain is seeking a Leasing Solutions Specialist to train and support client teams on TouchTour, driving adoption and satisfaction across properties. You will work with on-site staff and remote teams, ensuring consistent, polished delivery while gathering feedback for product improvement.

Ideal candidates have leasing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging training content.

Qualifications

• Leasing background and on-site experience is preferred.
• Comfort with virtual training and web-cam interactions.
• Ability to design engaging training content and modules.
• Familiarity with CRM and content platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual and in-person TouchTour trainings for leasing teams.
• Follow up at 30 days, 6 months, and 1 year to assess adoption and retraining needs.
• Capture client feedback and submit feature requests to product teams.
• Use CRM and CMS tools to track outreach and update records.
• Create bite-sized training videos using AI tools for client accounts.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with sales.
